FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a new kitchen cost?
Every kitchen is different, so we don’t list prices online. Once we know your layout, door style and box material, we’ll prepare a clear, itemized quote at no charge.
Is the design consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free, with no obligation to buy.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
We recommend booking ahead so we can give you our full attention. Call or email us to set up a time that works for you.
What’s the difference between plywood and particleboard boxes?
Plywood is lighter, stronger and holds up better to moisture. Particleboard is a cost-effective option that performs well in dry areas. Every style we carry is available with either, and we’ll help you decide.
Can you measure my kitchen?
Yes — ask us about an in-home measure. Accurate measurements are the first step to a layout that fits perfectly.
Do you handle installation?
We coordinate delivery and can work with your contractor or recommend experienced local installers.
How long does it take?
Lead times depend on the style and size of your order. We’ll give you a realistic timeline together with your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Residential kitchens are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty of up to five years (painted doors carry a shorter term). We’ll walk you through the details.
Which areas do you serve?
Quispamsis, Rothesay, Hampton, Saint John and the surrounding Kennebecasis Valley. Further away? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
